- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed from 8am to 4:30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday, February 25 & 26.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 50th St exit(#169) westbound.
- Drive west on N 50th approximately 9/10 mile to Green Lake Way.
- Turn left onto Green Lake Way and drive southwest approximately 4/10 mile where Green Lake Way crosses under Hwy 99 to N 46th St.
- Continue west on 46th approximately 4/10 mile where 46th turns into NW Market Street.
- Continue on Market approximately 7/10 mile to 8th Avenue NW.
- Turn left and drive south on 8th NW approximately 5/10 mile to NW 45th.
- Turn right and drive west on 45th approximately 4/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left, at the end of the driveway.
