PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Friday, February 5.
A 25% deposit is required by close of business, auction day.
Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday, February 5, 8, 9, 10.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

From north or southbound I-5, take the Hwy 705/City Center exit(#133) to the East 26th Street exit.
Turn left and drive west on East 26th 2 blocks to Pacific Avenue.
Turn right on Pacific and drive 1 block to 25th Street.
Turn left on 25th and drive 2 blocks west to C Street.
Turn right on C street.
The auction site is located on the left.
