A $150.00 documentary service fee applies to each titled item (trucks, cars, vans, motorcycles, buses, boats, trailers).
The maximum documentary fee allowed is $200.
The $150 fee is deemed negotiated at registration.
Important: Titles will only be transferred to the registered bidder/buyer.
Invoices will not be split.
Licensed items cannot be transferred into another person’s name.

All items are sold “as is, where is”, with all faults and without any warranties (express or implied), including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither the seller, the auctioneer, nor their agents make any warranties.

Removal
Deadline: All items must be removed by 4:00 PM, Friday, October 10th.
Removal hours:
Wednesday, October 8th – Friday, October 10th
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily
Important:
No removal until the auction has completely closed.
Purchases must be paid in full before removal.
Items not removed by the deadline may be deemed forfeited.
No shipping or weekend removal available.
A forklift is available for removal, operated by auctioneer personnel only.
Online Bids
JGM is not responsible for failure to submit bids or for errors with the online bidding platform.
In some cases, the bidding platform may incorrectly show an item awarded. JGM reserves the right to withdraw a bid awarded in error.
